The itinerary of the program may vary and is based on the availability of the guided tours and the opening hours of the restaurant. If necessary, we will coordinate this with you again after receipt of your booking.

Please note that production is suspended on certain days of the week, weekends, holidays, bridge days and during factory holidays.

The services can only be booked and redeemed together on the day of reservation. In the event of non-use of individual services, no refund is possible, neither in cash nor in kind.
