Visitor Area
The visitor area will be closed to visitors from 24 December 2025 until 28 January 2026 inclusive. You can visit us again from 29 January 2026 onwards.
Shop
Monday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We are closed on Sundays.
Restaurant e-VITRUM
Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday closed
Our production times
Time of production 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
On weekends, public holidays, bridge days and during the factory holidays, our production is generally suspended. Production is also suspended during break times, which we will communicate to you by telephone.
We would like to point out that production shifts may also change at short notice due to parts availability, force majeure or other reasons. We thank you for your understanding and wish you a great stay at Volkswagen's Transparent Factory in Dresden.
