6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Consumer arbitration

Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

6.2 Dispute resolution under the Digital Service Act

Users have the right to refer disputes related to decisions on reports or complaints made by a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body.

We may refuse to cooperate with the out-of-court dispute resolution body if a dispute regarding the same information and the same reasons for the alleged illegality of the content or its alleged incompatibility with our Terms and Conditions is already pending or has already been resolved in a court or dispute resolution body.

We would also like to point out that dispute resolution may not be binding under certain circumstances and that there is always the possibility of appealing to state courts in order to obtain decisions that are binding on both sides.
