Look forward to culinary delights in our restaurant e-VITRUM. Gourmet chef Mario Pattis welcomes you here with a small selection of high-quality dishes made mainly from seasonal and organic products.
Quality is the be-all and end-all at Pattis. With this claim, the e-VITRUM fits perfectly into the concept of the Transparent Factory. Mario Pattis, Dresden's top chef and restaurateur, who is recognized far beyond the borders of Saxony, stands for original, fresh interpretations of Saxon courtly cuisine with a slight Mediterranean touch, for a special understanding of quality, for service, authenticity and creativity in the processing of raw products of the highest quality. For example, the e-VITRUM offers transparent and consistent product creations that are designed for sustainability and are well composed across all process stages – for the "fast" guest as well as for the relaxed connoisseur.
Menu
On the lean, seasonally oriented daily menu, Pattis has reinterpreted Saxon specialties, the so-called "Local Heroes", such as herring chops and potato soup or Pattis' style burgers. Even the Volkswagen classic, the currywurst from Wolfsburg, is refined with Patti's note.
Trout, corn poulard, ox cheeks and pasta, like the many other ingredients and spices, preferably come from the region. The priority of local suppliers also applies to the wines, which you can choose according to your mood, feeling and personal preferences. The wine list compiled by Pattis, in which he not only gives the wines a personal predicate, but also describes the appropriate mood and enjoyment situation, makes the selection easier.
The Location
The space and restaurant concept of the e-VITRUM are ideal for individual, business and social events on a small or larger scale. The restaurant has 80 restaurant seats – and a further 80 terrace seats in the summer months. The manufactory building, the inner-city location of the restaurant on the Great Garden and the prospect of a guided tour of the Gläserne Manufaktur create additional incentive and projection surfaces of lasting value.
Green Lunch
With the Green Lunch, you can expect a culinary extra in three courses every day from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. At the price of 31 euros you can enjoy our vegetarian menu. The menu offered is possible for a maximum of 10 people.

Saturday brunch
On the last Saturday of the month, a festively decorated breakfast table awaits you from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. For 49 euros per person we offer you many small delicacies and a flying menu. Extensively strengthened, you can also go on a guided tour through the production and experience world of the Transparent Factory. Afterwards, we will continue your culinary journey of discovery.
