From now on, we not only offer the pick-up of all all-electric models of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand, but also various hybrid and e-TSI variants of the Golf, Tiguan and Passat as well as all engines of the Touareg.

You will be met at the airport or train station, respectively, by a driver from our chauffeur services who will bring you to the Gläserne Manufaktur. Look for the sign that says “Chauffeur-Service” for the Gläserne Manufaktur.
We will also be happy to pick you up from your hotel in Dresden. It’s also possible for you to drop off your rental car, if you have one, on the Gläserne Manufaktur terrace for a small extra fee (charged by the car rental company).
Depending on the time of your arrival, you will be greeted in a special atmosphere that gives you the opportunity to settle in without stress and discuss all further aspects of your visit with your personal contact person. A small refreshment will help you get in the mood for the highlights that await you.

If you would like to receive your new vehicle at the Transparent Factory, please let your dealer know when you conclude your purchase contract. He will then coordinate the pick-up date with us and you and inform you about all further steps.
