Parking when arriving by car

If you are visiting the Gläserne Manufaktur or the e-VITRIUM restaurant, you can park for free in our visitors’ parking lot. This is located on Lennéstrasse and is easy to reach if you are driving from the direction of Lennéplatz. If you are arriving from the other direction, please note that Lennéstrasse is divided by a track bed that cannot be crossed to enter the visitors’ parking lot. For this reason, we recommend using Blüherstrasse to access the parking lot from this direction.

Thanks to a sensor system developed and expanded by the young company Smart City System from Nuremberg during its stay in our start-up incubator, you can see in advance whether the visitor car park currently has free spaces.

If the visitor parking lot is not available due to high demand, please park alternatively either in the shopping center SP1 (opposite the Transparent Factory) or in the area of Lingnerallee/Blüherstraße. However, these parking spaces are subject to charges.

Right of way and parking options for busses

Busses can stop briefly in front of the Gläserne Manufaktur (Lennéstrasse) to allow passengers to get on and off. Otherwise, parking is available on Blüherstrasse, which runs parallel to Lennéstrasse.
