If you would like to receive your new vehicle at the Transparent Factory, it is best to book the corresponding pick-up package when you sign the contract. Currently, we not only offer the pick-up of all all-electric models of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand, but also various hybrid and e-TSI variants of the Golf, Tiguan and Passat as well as all engines of the Touareg.

If you decide to pick up your vehicle in Dresden at a later date, your dealer will be happy to check whether the production status of your new vehicle still allows this.

The vehicle pick-up offer is valid from Monday to Saturday. The production can be experienced live from Monday to Friday.

In order to meet the different wishes and interests, we offer you four different packages to choose from, which you can book exclusively with your dealer:

D1 (bookable for all of the above vehicles except ID. family) - The package includes:
- 1 transfer within the city of Dresden to the Gläserne Manufaktur
- Free parking in the visitors’ parking lot
- Greeting in the exclusive customer area | non-alcoholic beverages
- Free experience tour through the production and exhibit halls (for up to 4 personswithin the scope of a group tour)
- Personalized car handover by a product expert
- Opportunity for a test drive in an e-car (depending on availability)
- Entertainment fee of €50 for the restaurant
- 10% discount on articles in the Manufaktur shop
- Individual travel service (addition to the experience program in Dresden)
- Free charging of the vehicle to be picked up
D8. (bookable for all of the above vehicles except the ID. family) – the same Content like D1, but with an Arrangement request to our cooperate Hotel*:

The calculation is made separately via the hotel directly to the customer.

D3 (bookable exclusively for all models of the ID. family) – The package includes:
- 1 transfer within the city of Dresden to the Gläserne Manufaktur
- Free parking in the visitors’ parking lot

- Free experience tour through the production and exhibit halls (for up to 4 persons within the scope of a group tour)
- Ticket city tour Dresden (for up to 4 persons)
- Personalized car handover by a product expert
- Opportunity for a test drive in an e-car (depending on availability)
- Entertainment fee of €50 for the restaurant
- 10% discount on articles in the Manufaktur shop
- CO₂-neutral collection ID**

Your dealer will advise you on the selection of the right package and will make you an appropriate offer. The offers are only valid for customers whose new vehicle is registered in Germany. The packages can be rebooked once free of charge up to five working days before the pick-up date.

You can arrange the specific pick-up date with your dealer. This is only possible after completion and system approval of the vehicle with a lead time of ten working days.
