In order for your factory tour to be the experience you hoped for, we recommend you make an appointment beforehand so that we can veify the desired date and time of your visit. As a precaution, we would like to point out that the factory may be closed on specific days due to special events and the related preparation work. Our Customer Care Center will inform you of these days when you make your query. In addition, making a reservation offers the added security of guaranteeing you a place in the tour of your choice.
