RECEPTION IN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGEStimmen Sie sich auf den Tag ein: Im einladenden Ambiente der Kundenlounge.

To start things off, we greet you in our customer lounge, a spacious and relaxing area on the top floor of our customer lobby. Surrounded by fine materials and elegant interiors, here you’ll find the ideal place to sit down and comfortably discuss all the other aspects of your visit with your own customer manager. With a small refreshment, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama view of Dresden & the Great Garden and get in the mood for all the high-points that lie in store.

 

 

 

PERSONAL VEHICLE CONSULTATION AND ConfigurationIm Atelier können Sie Ihr Fahrzeug mithilfe der ausgestellten Materialien und Stoffe nach Ihren Vorlieben gestalten.

Only one floor below, you will find the Studio, which, along with the assembly line, is one of the most interesting areas of “Die Gläserne Manufaktur”: With the materials, leathers, woods, finishes and wheel rims on view here, you can configure your vehicle of choice. Your personal customer manager will be on hand to offer you professional advice when you need it. In the Orangery, you can take a seat in one of our exhibition cars and see for yourself that all the fittings and features are to your liking.

 

 

 

touring the assembly lineBei Ihrem Rundgang durch die Fertigung können Sie die Entstehung eines Phaeton miterleben.

As our guest, you will enjoy the special privilege of following the most interesting production processes of the Phaeton up close. Experience the fascinating event of the so-called “marriage”, when the body and chassis are bolted together with the utmost precision and to the exact millimetre. It takes around five days from leaving the multi-level body storage facility to the last drive through the testing area.

 

 

 

RELAX AND ENJOY: THE RESTAURANT LESAGEIm Restaurant Lesage genießen Sie kulinarische Köstlichkeiten.

Regardless of whether you come visit us early in the morning to start your visit with a wholesome breakfast or if you want to recall the impressions made during the day over lunch or an evening meal, in the Restaurant Lesage in “Die Gläserne Manufaktur”, you can look forward to the highest quality food in a relaxing atmosphere.

 

 

personal Shuttle Service

When arriving by plane or train you will be met by a driver from our chauffeur service who will bring you to “Die Gläserne Manufaktur”. Keep an eye out for the sign “Chauffeur-Service” of “Die Gläserne Manufaktur”. We’ll also be happy to pick you up from your hotel and bring you back after your visit.

 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

If you are interested in a Phaeton, Touareg or Passat CC, the best thing to do is contact your nearest Volkswagen dealer. They will be happy to discuss the option of coming for a visit and, should you place an order, they will ask if you would like to pick up your car from Volkswagen’s “Die Gläserne Manufaktur” in Dresden. Tell them exactly what you want and they’ll let you know how to proceed.
