Test drivers wanted
Golf Blue-e-Motion will be available to test drive at “Die Gläserne Manufaktur” from 24 April 2012
“Die Gläserne Manufaktur” is looking for test drivers to put the new fully-electric Volkswagen Golf Blue-e-Motion through its paces. Until the end of the year Dresden will be home to a small test fleet of trial cars that will be used to collect data for the future series production of the model. The test drive route is around 10 kilometres long and runs through Dresden’s city centre, past the city’s historical sightseeing attractions. You’ll be accompanied by a trained instructor, who will brief you on the car’s controls and functions before you hit the road. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s licence. A maximum of two other passengers who are at least 12 years old may accompany you on the test drive.

We will process your request as quickly as possible and if your desired time is available you will receive a confirmation email or phone call. If your desired test drive time is unavailable, we will try to find another suitable time for you. Please also note that appointments can only be made within four weeks of the chosen date.
